My name is Arnold Solis, a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room since 1989 and a certified Registered Nurse First Assist (RNFA) since 1996. I have had the privilege of assisting in a broad range of surgical cases over the years—scrubbing and circulating in both routine and complex procedures.
In 2021, I founded Phoenix Surgical Services, through which I work as an independent, self-employed Surgical Assistant. My primary hospital is Edward Hospital, but I am also credentialed at multiple hospitals and surgical centers across the Greater Chicago area.

With over three decades in perioperative nursing, I have assisted a diverse group of surgeons and worked with two prominent Surgical Assistant groups since 2012. My long-standing presence in the OR has allowed me to develop the skill, precision, and professional rapport required for effective surgical teamwork.
